AZ pneu Tuning Salon 2010 - Show&Shine Contest

If in the past a car owner wanted to take part in the AZ pneu Tuning Salon's Show&Shine Contest and thus compare themselves with the others, there only were two possible ways how to do it – to qualify as an AZ pneu Tuning Cup finalist, or to také part in the outside running tuning meeting. This year we are coming with great news thanks to which Brno will host the largest Show&Shine Contest in its history. You thus have unique opportunity to match yourselves with international competition.  

It does not matter if you are an AZ pneu Tuning Cup finalist, a guest, an international participant or a company owning a superb showcar. On Saturday September 25th, you will have the opportunity to participate in the great Show&Shine Contest and confront your car with the large competition which has never happened to be here. Taking part in the contest is free and the only thing is to fulfill these preconditions:

  • only cars having been placed in the exhibition pavillion P may apply for the participation in the contest; there attendance is confirmed by the organizer of the event (see individual registration!).
  • each car must be registered in advance by means of the below shown form or an e-mail info(zavináč)tuningsalon.cz (name, surname, car, a photo – your registration will be confirmed by return). There is no registration for the finalists of AZ pneu Tuning Cup, these are automatically included in the evaluation!
  • a participating car must be visibly marked with a starting number which the car owner is supposed to collect in the info stand of the exhibition (next to the main stage) between 10.00 am and 8.00pm on Friday September 24th.

The registration form only accepts photos of size 1024kB – if you upload larger pictures, the picture will not display in the final registration. Do not forget to make the pictures smaller!

Show&Shine within the AZ pneu Tuning Salon 2010 will be running through the whole Saturday Sept 25th and the evaluation will be done by the Tuning Cup jury with other specialists from the ranks of motorist journalists and other experts. The schedule for evaluation of different cathegories will be posted during September 2010 and there also will be the possibility to see this one right at AZ pneu Tuning Salon 2010. The main competing cathegories are identical with those of the AZ pneu Tuning Cup contest and have the same form:

  4. Showcars belonging to tuning firms built to promote tuning modifications (parts, accessories etc.) which they offer, as well as all cars of  former Tuning Cup jurors (1 year after finishing functioning as a juror).
  5. Golf II, Beetle, Jetta, Scirocco, Passat B2, Polo II, Transporter T3 and older.
  6. Golf III, Vento, Corrado, Passat B3 and B4, Polo III, Transporter T4, Sharan I
